Ingredients
- Frozen wild-caught salmon (defrosted)
- 1 tbsp garlic mustard (Trader Joe’s recommended)
- 3 tsp honey (melted; adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
- Dill weed (to taste)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Coconut or avocado oil spray for greasing
Instructions
- Defrost the wild salmon in the fridge overnight or soak in cold water for quicker thawing.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic mustard and honey. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified. Add dill weed to taste.
- Lightly grease a glass baking dish with coconut or avocado oil spray.
- Place the defrosted salmon into the dish and generously coat with the honey mustard mixture.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
